• Assistant Director (Area Development - Kshetra Vistar) : 130 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-, Age : 21 - 40 years as on 01/01/2014., Qualification : 2nd Class degree in Agriculture Engineering
• Assistant Director (Statistics  - Sankhyiki) : 07 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-, Age : 21 - 40 years as on 01/01/2014., Qualification : PG Degree in Economics, Statistics, Maths, Agriculture and PG Diploma in Computer Application.
• Assistant Director (Accounts / Establishment - Lekha/ Sthapna) : 04 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-, Age : 21 - 40 years as on 01/01/2014., Qualification : PG Degree in Commerce, Graduate in Commerce with Cost Accountancy and PG Diploma in Computer Application.
• Assistant Agriculture Engineer : 04 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-, Age : 21 - 40 years as on 01/01/2014., Qualification : 2nd Class degree in Agriculture Engineering

Application Fee : Application Fee Rs.60/- (Rs. 30/- for SC/ST/OBC/PH of MP)  + Rs. 40/- as portal fee will be only be accepted by Credit Card, Internet Banking or by cash at authorised kiosks of MPPSC at various place. No payment will be done through Bank DD or Postal Order.

Agronomist – STO Job

Description

Key Responsibilities include:

To impart product knowledge and crop management skills to Sales Executive and development officers

To help sales team in 3B stage and studying hybrid performance under famer package of practices

To Develop and impart product specific and regional specific promotional strategies.

To support National Agronomy lead to carry out product stewardship activities.

To execute product promotional activities in meeting overall objectives of DAS and product portfolio goals

To participate in key market development activities to provide customer education on Dow Seeds

To conduct product evaluation trials to identify hybrids for the given geography

To coordinate with SAUs for hybrid testing and other business related works

To support National Agronomy Led to collect and analyze trial data.

Key Skills Desired:

- Domain knowledge of seeds – Agronomy, Sales & Marketing roles done at least at National level (2 to 3 years minimum)
- Key system knowledge in the domain of seed business.
- Self motivated with passion to drive start up seed environment in the Agronomy domain.
- Networking and interpersonal skills
- Team player

Qualifications

Candidate must possess Bachelor degree in Agricutlure. Master of Science or Doctorate in Agriculture, Biology, Science & Technology, Biotechnology, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Candidate should have at least 2-7 years of experience in product development/ research trials/ breeding/ seed production research in a seed company preferably in a Multinational Seed Company.
